Counting Down to the new year…

Everyone has new year resolutions, I have had the typical ones.. lose weight, try hard in school, etc. I always stick with it for the first few days then fall off the wagon. Will this year be any different? I already know what I want my resolution to be and that is to just improve every aspect of my life. I figure that if i focus on more than one thing that it will be easier to take my mind off of losing weight. I have to make an effort to workout, read more, write more and practice gaming. I know that is a weird new years resolution but I really do love to play video games and I would love to play professionally some day.  I don’t know why I am writing about this right now, its probably because I am sitting in bed trying to digest too much pizza. I feel sick just thinking about what I ate tonight. It makes me want to change because at least when I feel hungry I know that its going to benefit me. The feeling after eating to much is like torture, not only physical but mental.. because I know I will probably gain a pound or two.  I want this year to be different, I want to be happier and love myself. Oh well, we shall see. I think it would help if I started earlier then the new year so I am planning to start my diet tomorrow (today really).
